The presale Smart Contract is not live on Solana mainnet yet. This interface runs a local simulation so you can review the full buyer and admin experience. No real SOL, USDC, USDT, or BITLAB moves until the audited presale Smart Contract is deployed.

Presale terms

Sale terms and disclosures

These terms describe the technical sale. They are not legal advice. Have counsel review this page before the public sale opens.

No KYC

There is no identity verification. Wallet-level minimums, per-transaction maximums, and per-wallet caps are not one-human limits. One person can control multiple wallets.

Immediate delivery, no refund of completed buys

A successful purchase transfers BITLAB to the buyer immediately. Completed purchases are not clawed back if the sale is later paused, ended, or sold out. There is no claim process and no delayed TGE unlock inside this Smart Contract.

Unsold BITLAB

After the sale ends, is sold out, or is manually terminated, remaining inventory is transferred to 3qFihzuw6BdMVC4HbQ4owHsEYGRs2pXE3huxzChuEMDm. Manual termination does not empty payment vaults and does not alter historical prices or purchase records.

Treasury withdrawals during the sale

Authorized treasury governance may withdraw SOL, USDC, and USDT while the sale is active. The public Total Raised figure is the current vault value, so it can fall after a withdrawal and can move when SOL’s price moves.

Risk

Digital assets are volatile. The presale Smart Contract, oracles, wallets, and this website can fail. BITLAB may not list on any DEX or CEX. Never purchase with funds you cannot afford to lose. Smart-contract risk remains even after an audit.
